How do I place an order?
Send us the product name (or a screenshot) on WhatsApp or Viber at 980-328-6910. We confirm availability, price and delivery time before anything is charged.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Nepal. Kathmandu valley orders arrive in 1–2 days by our own rider; outside the valley we ship by trusted courier, usually 2–4 days.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery inside the valley. For nationwide orders we take advance payment by Fonepay, eSewa or bank transfer — receipt shared immediately.
Can I order a custom saipata / wedding set?
Yes — that's our speciality. Share your colours and budget and we'll decorate a set to match. Custom sets are ready in 3–5 days.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Send us an unboxing video within 24 hours and we'll replace it free. We pack everything in bubble wrap and cloth for safety.
Do you sell wholesale?
